"and the alerts have been solid"
the real-time alerts have been really helpful. They usually come through fast and let me know right away when the truck moves. Getting everything set up was a little confusing at first, but now that it’s working, it’s been fine.

"App is honestly frustrating lol"
I really wanted this app to be easy to use, but it’s been kind of a headache lol. It freezes a lot, and half the time I end up closing it and reopening it just to get anything to load properly.
The menus feel more confusing than they need to be, and simple stuff takes way too many taps. The map is also slow for me, which is annoying when I’m just trying to check something quickly.
I expected it to feel simple and smooth, but it comes across clunky and outdated. The actual service might be fine, but the app itself makes me not really want to use it.

"Pretty solid price for what I needed"
The monthly subscription feels fair for what I’m using it for, and it’s been easy to keep up with so far. I was kind of expecting some random extra fee to pop up at some point, because that happens a lot with these things, but nope, nothing weird yet, which I really appreciate.

I checked the returns and cancellation policy before placing my order, mostly because some stores make that stuff weirdly complicated for no reason. This one was actually easy to understand, with no sneaky wording or hidden details that I noticed. that’s kind of the bare minimum, but I’ll give them credit for making it clear. It definitely made me feel better about ordering

"Setup was super easy 🙂"
I got it set up quickly and didn’t really have to mess around with anything. The steps were clear enough, and everything worked the way I expected. I’m not super techy, so I was happy it didn’t turn into some big project 😅 So far, it’s been simple to use and I haven’t had any real issues.

"Delivery took forever"
My package showed up way later than expected, and the tracking was basically useless most of the time. I tried emailing for an update, but the replies felt like they were written by a robot and didn’t really answer my questions. Frustrating experience overall.

"Tracking was accurate almost the whole way"
The tracking was spot-on overall. I liked that it showed the package moving through each stop clearly, especially when it arrived at the local facility. It did miss one update near the end, but everything still showed up on time, so I’m happy with it.

"Support took way too long"
I had to wait a lot longer than expected to hear back from support, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really help much. Frustrating overall.

"battery Didn’t Last Like I Expected"
It works fine when it’s charged, so I can’t say it’s totally bad. But the battery life has been disappointing. I really thought it would last longer, and I’m charging it way more often than I expected. not useless, just kinda annoying considering the price
